ENTRY TO SECOND YEAR UNIVERSITY
The Phoenix Diploma of Business offers students a pathway to second
year university. On successful completion of the Diploma of Business
and meeting university minimum entry requirements graduating students
from the Diploma of Business are able to transfer to the relevant
undergraduate degree program with up to a year of advanced standing
at universities in Australia.
The
amount of advanced standing will depend on each university’s
entry requirement. Please check with the Academy for appropriate
counselling.

FAST TRACK STUDY (26 WEEKS)
Phoenix offers a four-semester year of which any two consecutive
semesters must be completed to achieve the Diploma. Semesters commence
in January, April, July and October of each year and like university
semesters they are each of 13 weeks duration. With four entry dates
per year students have the option to enter the Diploma course when
it is convenient.
FLEXIBLE COURSE DELIVERY
Diploma units are delivered twice a year - during the first half
(Semester 1 & 2) and the second half (Semester 3 & 4), meaning
you can program your study around your busy lifestyle or travel
commitments.
COURSE ACCREDITATIONS AND RECOGNITION
All Phoenix courses are registered on the Australian Government
Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students
(CRICOS). The Diploma of Business is a qualification within the
Australian Qualifications Framework and is accredited by the Training
Accreditation Council of Western Australia (TAC).
STUDY ON A UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
Phoenix Academy is co-located with the University of Notre Dame
in the west-end education precinct of the city of Fremantle. Phoenix
students are able to access the many educational, social and recreational
facilities offered in this education precinct including a university
library, sporting and recreational facilities. (note: fees may apply)
