The objective of the High School Preparation Program is to prepare students to enter mainstream formal secondary education in Australia or another English speaking country. WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE IN THIS PROGRAM? • Intensive study of English Language - grammar and functions. • English language training in secondary school skill areas related to subjects. • Small classes. • Reading and note taking strategies and skills. • Essay writing skills. • Oral communication and listening skills. • Debating, discussion and oral presentations. • Study skills, research skills, speed reading, writing reports and assignments. • Special Focus Studies including: Social Science, Media Studies, Information Technology, Sports and Culture. • Full recreation program.
